Liz has over 30 years of healthcare industry experience. Liz began her career as a staff nurse and eventually served as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer for several acute care facilities. Prior to joining MedPro in 2004, Liz built a $300 million staffing business. Liz is widely known and respected in the healthcare industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Frank has over 25 years of financial management experience with several high-growth companies in a variety of industries. Frank’s past work emphasized process improvement and information management to allow companies to grow to the next stage. Frank joined MedPro in 2009. In addition to managing the financial function, Frank is heavily involved in activities that support recruiting, sales and operations.
Chief Information Officer
Fred has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience, including seven years as the CIO for a national healthcare workforce management organization. During his career, Fred has been responsible for the development and implementation of healthcare agency staffing, compliance and enterprise hospital scheduling technologies.
Vice President, International Operations
Patty possesses over 30 years of healthcare industry experience and is recognized as an industry leader in healthcare international recruitment. She started her career as a staff nurse and advanced through various leadership roles. Patty is a founding and active board member for the American Association of International Healthcare Recruitment.
Vice President, Domestic Staffing
James Ireland holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida and have seventeen years of experience in healthcare staffing. He has helped numerous organizations gain market share and develop key relationships, and is the recipient of an Annual Core Value Award. He is also a cycling team captain responsible for raising funding and awareness for the MS Society of Northeast Florida. His favorite part about his job is helping people grow personally and professionally.
Vice President, Human Resources
Christine Lambert is an experienced HR professional with 25 years of experience. Christine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and is SHRM certified. Christine began her career at Procter and Gamble where she held many roles supporting unique business units. Christine has continued to expand her professional development into HR Information Systems, Organizational Design, Mergers and Acquisitions and HR Leadership. She is at her best when coaching leaders and aligning people strategies and business strategies to achieve results.
Vice President of Client Services, Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Rosemarie Aznavorian is a seasoned healthcare professional with more than four decades of experience. Rosemarie currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services and Chief Clinical Officer for MedPro Healthcare Staffing. Rosemarie earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Texas Christian University, her master’s in Nursing Administration and a bachelor’s in Nursing both at Barry University in Miami. She is board-certified in Executive Nursing Practice by the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (formerly AONE) and has held her CCRN certification for more than 30 years.
