Just as it’s acceptable to take your family with you on a healthcare travel assignment, is it also perfectly acceptable (and possible) to take your four-footed family members with you.
We’ve found a few blogs that offer great tips for traveling with pets. Read below for links and a brief description of each.
DogJaunt.com describes itself as a site “for people who want to take their dog along with them, on trips of any length.” This blog, written by a woman who lives in Seattle, says it’s mostly about traveling with small dogs.
The Road Unleashed – the Pet Travel Blog is written by a couple with two dogs (a cocker spaniel and a mixed-breed dog) who have been traveling the world with their dogs since 2009. The blog is full of tips and tricks (what the couple of dubbed their “Sit” tab on the website).
