Privacy Statement

Because Management Health Systems, LLC (d/b/a MedPro Healthcare Staffing) (hereinafter “MedPro”) and (the “Site”) permit individuals to submit resumes and other personal information electronically, we have developed this Privacy Statement to inform Site visitors of our policies and practice regarding such information. This Privacy Statement applies only to visitors accessing this Site and who reside in the United States.


If you are browsing, a cookie is used to help us measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views, and other statistics relating to the Site. This cookie by itself does not tell us your email address or who you are. By providing MedPro with a copy of a user’s resume or other personal information, the user explicitly and unambiguously consents to the processing of such data by MedPro, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, and existing or prospective clients. Information that is submitted to MedPro in response to requests on this site are forwarded to the appropriate persons within MedPro for consideration and response, at their discretion. E-mail, resumes and other data are retained or disposed of at the recipient’s discretion.

There are times when we may ask you for information about yourself or your business to assist us in meeting your various needs. Personal information may include, among other things, your name, street address, ZIP Code, telephone number, fax number, email address, and your area of practice or degree (if applicable). We may collect other personal information when you provide comments by email or other means, participate in surveys, give us feedback or request information from us online. Although encryption and authentication tools are used to protect your personal information, emails are not necessarily secure during transmission. If your communication is sensitive or includes highly confidential information, you may want to submit that information by regular mail.

Upon request, MedPro will use reasonable efforts to allow users to update/correct their contact information previously submitted which the users state is erroneous to the extent such activities will not compromise privacy or security interests. Also, upon a user’s request, MedPro will use commercially reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her contact information from its database; however, it may be impossible to delete a user’s entry without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.


The Site does not seek to collect information from minors under the age of 16. We expect all individuals under the age of 18 to obtain parental permission before providing any information to this Site.
