MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking foreign trained Registered Nurses to work in the U.S. under three-year employment agreements. If you know someone overseas who is interested in immigrating to the U.S., contact us now.
For each registered nurse you refer who later joins MedPro, you will be paid a $1,500 referral fee. If you are an employee of MedPro and remain employed with MedPro, you will be eligible for an additional $1,000 in referral payments, for a total of $2,500. There is NO limit to the number of referrals you can make or fees you can earn.

Payments are made in three installments – first when the person you referred commences work with MedPro, and then 12 and 24 months into their employment with MedPro.

The Fine Print
- To be eligible for the higher payment, you must be employed with MedPro on the day your referred employee meets the particular Employment Criteria.
- If employed by MedPro, you must complete your contract prior to receiving the final (24 month) payment.
- Payment will be made through MedPro payroll (if employed with MedPro on the payment date), or check (if not employed by MedPro). A 1099 will be issued for any off-payroll payments.
- If you were employed by MedPro but did not fulfill your employment agreement obligations, no payments will be made.
