MedPro Healthcare Staffing’s philanthropic organization, MedPro Gives, is pleased to announce its $1,465 charitable donation to Broward Education Foundation. Every month, MedPro Healthcare Staffing sponsors a charity for its “Cocktails for Charity” Friday happy hour initiative. Employees can donate or purchase one happy hour drink toward the chosen charity of the month.
Since 1983, Broward Education Foundation has mobilized the community to increase advocacy and financial support for student achievement. The organization has raised awareness and funds for innovative teaching to boost Pre-K students’ learning outcomes, school supplies for Title 1 school students, scholarships for qualified graduating seniors, programs and initiatives that enhance education such as debate and scholastic chess, and provide oversight on donor entrusted funds.

Recently Broward Education Foundation received a $5000 State Farm grant to fund driving safety educational programs and kicked off their annual Back to School Drive. All of these efforts are made with the ultimate goal of creating a community where all Broward County Public School students can achieve their highest potential.
There are plenty of ways to be part of the effort and help students.
Host a virtual drive within your organization, and encourage folks to make a monetary donation.

- $35 can provide a student with a backpack filled with essential school supplies
- $100 can support a teacher with crucial classroom tools and resources
- $250 can provide art supplies for an entire classroom
