Position Summary
The Marketing and Advertising Strategist will focus on lead generation for the company’s service lines through both outbound and inbound sales initiatives. They will partner with the Marketing & Content Strategist as well as various business users throughout the organization to identify both the long and short-term goals of each division and strategies to achieve them. The Lead Generation & Advertising Strategist will closely monitor and evaluate the success of all organic and paid marketing initiatives taking place through various channels including job boards, social media, behavioral retargeting, SEM, and email campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Routinely survey the competition to ensure we are ahead of the market in terms of marketing where applicable
  • Identify and establish recruiting tools to create a steady funnel of candidates for the organization
  • Identify, manage, and analyze lead outcomes of employment websites (job boards such as Indeed)
  • Partner with IT to define reports and dashboards to measure key success metrics
  • Create quarterly lead generation reports including a recap of previous quarter’s production and a future lead generation plan
  • Partner with business users throughout the organization to identify key needs and establish campaigns to target them
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SEO and SEM strategies and how to maximize our online visibility
  • Create and execute a social media advertising plan including visibility on: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Identify and pilot opportunities for behavioral retargeting and PPC advertising
  • Identify channels in which we can advertising our keywords and short codes
  • Determine and build relationships with affiliate marketers (bloggers and influencers)
  • Establish outside marketing opportunities within the industry (nursing schools, hospitals, associations, tradeshows etc.)
Required Education, Experience, and Abilities
  • Experience with CRM Platforms (Salesforce or similar), marketing automation platforms (Act-On or similar), CMS Platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Facebook Business Manager experience required
  • Must be able to plan and execute digital marketing, social media and lead generation campaigns including segmentation and automation
  • Must possess an understanding of marketing success metrics and the ability to analyze data to measure campaign success
