Position Summary
As an integral part of MedPro’s IT and Operations Teams, the primary responsibility of the Associate Operations Support Analyst is to assist with the training and support staff in all system and procedural activities, including the use of Salesforce, Inbox management, and other desk-level processes. Ensure users have proper views, reports and other settings to maximize efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Document user standards to ensure consistency. Lead development and maintenance of user training materials, including user guides for the most important processes
  • Conduct user training to maximize effectiveness
  • Assist the Technology department in the roll-out of new functionality
  • Work with the management team to identify and prioritize opportunities for staff improvement
  • Perform ad hoc analysis, research, and implementation/remediation arising out of department reviews
  • Perform inspection plans for the functions of recruitment, sales, housing, contracts, post-lock, and job orders

Required Education, Experience, and Abilities
  • Minimum two-year degree or equivalent experience working in a business or technical environment.
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • Experience using standard business software and operating systems (Microsoft Office, Windows, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent initiative with a desire to develop professionally
  • Ability to effectively take direction from others and work within a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Training experience a plus
