christmas decor

As an Allied health professional, your schedule can be pretty hectic. If you would like to decorate for the holidays on a budget and without spending a lot of time, here are some adorable ideas. It’s time to deck the halls!

Magical DIY Snowglobes
An easy way to decorate for the holidays is to make magical DIY snowglobes! Simply find tiny Christmas-themes figurines (available at local craft stores) and glue it on the inside of a jar’s lid. Fill the jar with glycerin and add 1-2 tablespoon of glitter. Screw the lid on the jar and turn upside down, voila!

Tie ribbon around pillows
For a bit of a festive feel, tie ribbon around pillows in your home. This makes it look like your pillows are presents that Santa brought by!

Hang garland in a doorway
You can purchase holiday garland at your local craft store and hang it using nails or plastic hooks around a doorway. Once you have the garland up, you can decorate even more by adding colored Christmas lights, ornaments, tinsel, or candy canes.

Burn a holiday candle
You can find candles that smell like balsam and cedar, or warm cinnamon and oranges to light during the holidays. The scents will fill the room and give off a cozy feeling full of holiday cheer for everyone who enters!
