Coming to the U.S.
The decision to move from your home country to work in the U.S. will be one of the most important choices you will make in your lifetime. While you might be leaving your biological family behind, you will be joining a new family here in the U.S.: the MedPro family.
The MedPro family consists of relationship managers, in-house support staff (including a licensed immigration attorney), experienced management, a large client base, and hundreds of foreign-born therapists that are already enjoying a successful and rewarding career here in the U.S.
To provide a high level of support, you’ll be assigned to a dedicated relationship manager for the duration of your employment with MedPro.
Our team of international experts will assist you through the complex process of credentialing and immigration to work and live in the U.S.

Once you have received a work visa, we’ll arrange for your travel to Florida to complete orientation here in our Ft. Lauderdale office. MedPro’s orientation program consists of classroom training that will prepare you to practice your profession within the U.S. healthcare system. While in orientation you’ll meet and spend time with your relationship manager and other team members.
During Your Employment
MedPro has contracts to service over 2500 healthcare facilities across the U.S. This means you will have an opportunity to work in a variety of settings: acute care, out-patient, skilled nursing, and home health. In addition, MedPro has a contract with the U.S. federal government and is a regular provider of therapists to the Veterans Administration.
For as long as you are with MedPro, we’ll work closely with you to identify settings and geographical locations where you would prefer to work. If you need to travel to a new assignment location, we’ll help get you there, and will reimburse for any necessary relocation expenses.
A Long-Term Relationship
We at MedPro really care about the long term success of our therapists. It’s a simple concept here. If we do everything in our power to make your relationship with us the best it can be then we will build the best therapy workforce in the industry. For over 25 years MedPro has been an industry leader in rehab therapy staffing.
