MedPro Healthcare Staffing has an exciting job opportunity for an emergency room nurse in Delray Beach, Florida.
As an emergency room registered nurse, you will provide care for patients who have different illnesses or trauma that require emergency room attention. You should be able to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening situations.
The person hired for this position will be responsible for assessing, intervening and stabilizing a variety of trauma and illnesses with prompt and decisive action. The emergency room nurse must be knowledgeable about general and specific health issues because of the range of conditions that may require treatment. They must also properly triage injuries based on medical need, as well as make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both their physical and mental health conditions.
The required qualifications for the job include an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program and at least two years of experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
