3. One Pan Italian Sausage and Veggies
This recipe makes a great meal-prep idea. Simply spread out pieces of Italian sausage with your favorite veggies (like peppers, squash, broccoli, and carrots!), drizzle with olive oil, and season with your favorite herbs.
