The Accountant is responsible for a variety of general accounting tasks, including reconciling accounts, all accounting related to international recruitment and employees, and processing internal payroll.

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager – Allied is to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing client base. Ensures client satisfaction and develops new business opportunities within assigned territory and acts as a liaison of communication and coordination between the client, operations and network professionals.
Candidate Relationship Manager
The Candidate Relationship Manager drives employee satisfaction and job performance through outstanding service and coaching.
Director of Recruitment
The Director of Recruitment will lead all healthcare professional recruiting activities to maximize candidate flow, client submissions, and locks.
MedPro Experience Manager
The MedPro Experience Manager will provide a consistent, personal and memorable experience for our healthcare professionals throughout their MedPro journey by building relationships that create a sense of trust, pride and fulfillment.
The Receptionist is responsible for answering telephone calls and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner. The Receptionist will also be responsible for a variety of office administration duties.
Recruiter – Domestic Nursing
The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to source, screen and present quality Registered Nurse candidates to the MedPro Account Managers for potential hire by the clients.
Recruiting Assistant – Domestic Allied
The primary responsibility of the Recruiter Assistant is to evaluate incoming applications and leads, screen candidates, update database, and disperse leads to recruiters.
Sales & Recruiting Trainer
The primary responsibility of the Sales & Recruiting Trainer is to conduct training to ensure staff are competent in their roles. Identify underperformers and make recommendations for personnel action.
The Talent Sourcer is responsible for attracting, connecting with, and qualifying travel nurse candidates.
Vice President – Sales
The Vice President – Sales is responsible for building and leading a first-in-class sales and recruitment team that achieves significant annual growth in revenue and market competitiveness.
