MedPro

Foreign Nursing Professionals

The decision to move from your home country to work in the U.S. will be one of the most important choices you will make in your lifetime. While you might be leaving your biological family behind, you will be joining a new family here in the U.S.: the MedPro family.

The MedPro family consists of relationship managers, in-house support staff (including a licensed immigration attorney), experienced management, a large client base, and hundreds of foreign-born nurses that are already enjoying a successful and rewarding career here in the U.S.

Getting to the U.S

Our team of international experts is here to assist you through the complex process of credentialing and immigration. To provide a high level of support, you'll be assigned to a dedicated specialist to work with you every step of the way.

Orientation

Once you have received a work visa or green card, we'll arrange for your travel to Florida to complete orientation here in our Ft. Lauderdale office. MedPro's orientation program consists of classroom training that will prepare you to practice your profession within the U.S. healthcare system. While in orientation you'll meet and spend time with your relationship manager and other team members.

Employment with MedPro and beyond

MedPro is a premier staffing company that works with client facilities in all 50 states. Our sales staff will work to locate a nursing position that fits your qualifications. You'll work at the facility while on MedPro's payroll, and after a period of time (usually two years), will transition to become a full-time permanent employee at the facility.
